Jeremy Hotz
Owner/Agent
Jeremy Hotz has been with the Agency for 19 years. He and his wife, Lindsey, are active in the community with their three children.
They currently live on a farm near Mechanicsville. Sports, fine arts, cattle, 4-H and coaching keep them active throughout the year.
Russ Hotz
Owner/Agent
Russ Hotz has been with the Agency for over 30 years but has been in the Insurance business for over 45. Russ and his wife, Sheri, have been part of the community since 1984.
Fishing and farming keep Russ active, as well as supporting his 6 grandchildren at their various events.
Sara Lange
Personal Customer Service Representative/Agent
Sara Lange has been with the Agency for over 20 years. Her and her husband, Kasey, live in Mount Vernon with their three children. Archery club, demolition derbies and dance keep them
involved. Spending time with family and friends keeps Sara busy while out of the office.
Matt Turner
Agent
Matt Turner, CISR, has been with the Agency for 2 years. He resides in Springville but comes all the way from the Los Angeles area in California. A 2002 Cornell College Grad, Matt
has coached football at a handful of schools in the area.
He enjoys time outdoors, eating
good food and spending time with his family.
Justin Arnold
Commercial Customer Service Representative/Agent
Justin Arnold, CISR, has been with the Agency for just over 1 year. Before RH&H Justin spent time with two other insurance companies.
Justin and his wife, Kristen, live in Lisbon with their 2 children. The Arnolds share a focus on family and friends including dance, BBQing and Kansas City Chiefs Football!
